Who We're Looking For
We’re looking for engineers and technicians who thrive on solving complex challenges and building what others say can’t be done. Experience across powersports, earthmoving, or agriculture is a plus, but above all, we want problem-solvers who love engineering and aren’t afraid to get hands-on.

- Design Engineers (Creo, Altium, CAD)
- Prototype & Test Technicians

Current Opportunities
- Mechanical Design Engineer: Creo design, FEA analysis, DVP&R execution, and mechanical system integration.
- Electrical Design Engineer: PCB layout, embedded systems design, and electrical testing for performance and reliability.
- Prototype / Test Technician: machining, assembly, wiring, and data collection for prototype and validation testing.
- Operations & Manufacturing Lead: oversee build schedules, supplier coordination, and production optimization for scaling manufacturing.
- Accounting & Business Operations Manager: manage accounting, purchasing, and internal process flow to support company growth and financial accuracy.
