Chief Seattle’s quote is a fundamental component of XO-Tec’s environmental, social and governance (ESG) framework. In the beginning the founders commanded the guiding principles of XO-Tec to be based on people first, places second, and proceeds third.

These values were the genesis of what we call Engineered For All. The Engineered For All ESG Framework incorporates fundamental principles and design strategies, along with sustainable manufacturing processes and tooling, which act as the governing factors for our business operations and commitment to make a positive impact.
